who these terms apply to

these terms govern your access to xvary.com, any public pages, free email-gated content, paid memberships, downloadable materials, and related communications. you must use the service only in a way that is lawful and consistent with these terms.

acceptable use

• do not use xvary for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
• do not interfere with the site, scrape gated content at scale, or attempt to bypass payment or access controls.
• do not impersonate xvary, misattribute our work, or use the service to spam or harass others.

content license

xvary owns or licenses the text, visuals, layout, models, branding, and downloadable materials on the site. we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the service for your personal or internal business use.

• you may not republish, redistribute, resell, syndicate, or train third-party products on paid xvary content without written permission.
• you may quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link back to xvary.com.

subscriptions, billing, and auto-renewal

paid plans are billed through stripe. by subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the price shown during checkout until you cancel. founding pricing, where offered, is limited and may close without notice once the available spots are gone.

• subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• you can manage payment methods, billing details, and cancellation through the stripe customer portal.
• refunds, if any, are handled according to the refund terms shown during stripe checkout or otherwise required by law.

service changes

xvary is an evolving product. we may add, remove, rename, pause, or modify pages, features, plans, and research formats at any time. we may also change which reports are public, email-gated, or paid, provided we do not misrepresent active paid access already purchased for the current billing period.

no warranty

the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, profitable outcomes, or the accuracy or completeness of research, scores, or models.

limitation of liability

to the fullest extent permitted by law, xvary is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any trading, portfolio, tax, reputational, or opportunity losses arising from use of the service or reliance on its content.

dispute resolution

if you have a concern, contact us first at hello@xvary.com so we can try to resolve it informally. if a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to pursue claims on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action, except where prohibited by law.

changes to these terms

we may update these terms from time to time. when we do, we will revise the “last updated” date on this page. continued use of the site after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
