xvary does not sell personal information. we do not broker subscriber lists or package user data for third-party advertising marketplaces.

retention

we retain information only as long as needed for business, operational, legal, or security reasons. newsletter subscriptions remain active until you unsubscribe. billing records are retained through stripe according to stripe's policies and applicable law.
